We're hiring. Service Robot Co. is a commercial robotics integrator — we select, finance, deploy, and service robots for real businesses across the United States, and we're looking for the person who owns how we look, sound, and grow.

What we actually do

Most robot projects stall because no one owns the whole thing. A manufacturer sells the machine, someone else finances it, someone else installs it, and good luck finding anyone when it breaks. We do all of it, ourselves: we pick the right robot for the job from category-leading OEMs, finance it, deploy it on-site, connect it to the systems our customers already run, train their team, and keep it working — backed by a US service engineer network across all 50 states.

Why build here

We're early, and that's the pitch, not the caveat. There's no ten-layer approval chain between an idea and it shipping — you make something, it goes live. Our founders bring 11+ years of combined equipment-industry experience, but the team itself is small and every hire shapes what the company actually becomes.

We're fully remote by design. What matters is the work, not the hours you're logged in or which time zone you're in. If you're the kind of person who'd rather ship something real than sit in a meeting about it, this is that kind of place.

The open role: Head Marketer

We're hiring our first Head Marketer — full-time, fully remote, based outside the US. We especially welcome applicants from Pakistan, India, and the Philippines.

This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who does real work, not just manages it. You'll own:

  • Design — our brand, social graphics, the website's look, ads, and anything that needs to look sharp. You make things, fast.
  • Content & social — post consistently, build our voice, grow our following.
  • Sales support — hop on calls, help with outreach, talk to prospects clearly and confidently. Marketing and sales sit close together here.
  • Growth — help us reach more of the right businesses, and measure what's actually working.

Who you are:

  • A strong designer with a portfolio and an eye — this is the core skill.
  • Genuinely great with a computer. You learn new tools fast and live in software all day.
  • Excellent spoken and written English — you'll be on calls and writing for a US audience.
  • Self-directed. You can take a goal and run with it without being told each step.
  • A plus, not required: you already use AI tools to move faster. If not, we'll teach you.

You'd be our first marketing hire, which means real ownership of the whole function from day one — not a seat on an existing team.
