We rent the robot, and we run it for you.

Service Robot Co. is a service-robot rental company. Businesses rent commercial robots from us — delivery, cleaning, autonomous mobile robots, inspection crawlers, and more — and we own the robot, the deployment, the maintenance, and the downtime risk. One vendor, many robot types. You get a working machine on site without buying anything.

What we do

A commercial robot costs $4–50k to buy, and once it is yours, so is everything that goes wrong with it. We take that off your plate. You rent the robot by the job or by the month, and we handle the four hard parts: we deploy it on site and train your team, we service and repair it, we keep a backup so a breakdown is our problem and not your downtime, and we keep the cost predictable instead of locking up your capital.

Our first product is the Crawlspace Inspection Robot — a remote-driven 4K-camera robot used by inspection trades and law enforcement to put a camera somewhere a person should not go. More robot types are joining the lineup. See the robots we rent.

Where we work

We cover all 50 US states, with closest-hub dispatch across 85+ metros and 24/7 emergency response. Our service reaches the robot wherever it is working, backed by a network of 3,000+ service engineers in the US. We are a service-area business — we come to the customer, so there is no storefront to visit.

Coverage: Nationwide — US.

What makes the rental model work

A robot that sits broken in a corner is worse than no robot at all. The reason renting beats buying is not the sticker price — it is that the risk of downtime stays with us. We own the unit, so we carry the maintenance, the spare parts, and the backup machine. When something fails, we swap it and you keep working. That is the whole promise: you own the outcome, we own the hardware.
