- Does the robot need to replace our existing WMS?
- No. We connect the robot to the systems you already run — WMS, ERP, inventory, whatever is live — so the robot slots into your workflow instead of building a new one. No rip-and-replace.
- What systems can you connect?
- We integrate with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, MS Dynamics, Infor, Fishbowl, Manhattan WMS, Blue Yonder, and most systems with a REST API or SFTP data feed. We assess the stack on the initial call — if a connector exists we use it; if not, we build it.
- Who owns the integration after it is built?
- We do. The integration is part of the ongoing service agreement, so when your WMS updates or the robot firmware changes, we maintain the connection — not your IT team.
- Can robots from different OEMs run together in the same system?
- Yes. Multi-brand floors can be orchestrated to VDA 5050 / Open-RMF standards so robots from different makers coordinate instead of fighting at intersections. We assess whether your fleet needs this on the walkthrough.
