Question 1

What does it cost to put a robot to work?

Accepted Answer

Depends on the robot, the job, and the site - we quote every deployment before you commit. We lease robots through financing on a 3-year lease with one fixed payment, and we quote it after a free site assessment, at the start and not after you have fallen for a machine.

Question 2

What is included when Service Robot Co. runs a deployment?

Accepted Answer

Six things, one partner: we design the fit with a free site assessment, integrate the robot with the systems you already run, deploy it on a timeline that does not stop your operation, lease it to you through financing, train your team until it is routine, and service it with RoboCare™. You get a working robot on site - not four vendors to manage.

Question 3

Can I lease a robot?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Leasing is how we work. A lease through financing keeps your cash free and the payment fixed, and RoboCare™ keeps the robot running. We quote it before you decide.

Question 4

How does deployment actually work?

Accepted Answer

We start with a free site assessment - we walk your space, learn the job, and tell you which robot fits, or that none does yet. Then we install on a phased timeline that does not stop your operation, connect the robot to the systems you already use, and train your team on their shift until running it feels routine.

Question 5

What happens if the robot breaks down?

Accepted Answer

You call one number. 24/7 support with 10-minute technical-specialist triage, regional service engineers in every state we service, 24/7 emergency response. A broken robot is our problem, not your downtime.

Question 6

Do you build your own robots?

Accepted Answer

No - we are an integrator, not an OEM. We deploy and service robots from category-leading manufacturers across cleaning, delivery, AMR, cobot, and more. The OEM builds the machine; we own getting it working on your floor and keeping it that way.

Question 7

Which robot do I need for my job?

Accepted Answer

Tell us the work and we will match it. Warehouses and distribution centers usually need AMRs and material handling robots; hospitals and hotels want delivery and cleaning robots; manufacturers want cobots and industrial arms. See every robot by type, or find your operation on Industries - either way, we match the robot to the job and quote it.

Question 8

What if nothing fits my site yet?

Accepted Answer

We will tell you. The site assessment is free, and if no robot fits your operation today, we say so - you do not pay to find out.
