Redesign The Flow

It redesigned product flow, created a manual-to-autonomous handoff zone between pallet storage and receiving and shipping, and integrated the robotic reach trucks with the warehouse management system so work moved in a consistent workflow.
From there, the trucks handled putaway and retrieval in a dedicated warehouse area with access limited to trained associates. They worked six levels high, or 27 feet, two pallets deep, and were set up to operate around the clock.
