About the role
We’re a US robotics company hiring a remote digital publisher in India. You’ll own what we publish: industry reports, newsletters, postcards, and more. We hire for character first. You’ll use AI tools in your daily work.
What you’ll do
- Write and publish industry reports on how businesses use robots, from cleaning and hotels to warehouses and golf courses.
- Run our newsletters, from the first draft to the send.
- Create postcards and other printed and digital pieces that US businesses want to keep.
- Pick the images, charts, and layouts so every piece looks as good as it reads.
What we need
- Writing samples that show strong copywriting: clear, short, and worth reading. No degree or set number of years is required.
- Good media taste: you know a strong image, layout, or headline when you see one, and you can say why.
- An AI-native workflow: use Claude, ChatGPT, or image tools to research, draft, and design, then check the output and own the result.
- Email careers@servicerobotco.com with two or three pieces you wrote or published. Tell us which one you are proudest of and why. A few sentences are enough.
Who you’d be joining
Service Robot Co. sells, leases, and services commercial robots on-site - deployed and kept running across all 50 US states by regional service engineers. The work here is the field: the people who set the machines up, keep them running, and answer for the downtime.
