About the role
We’re a US robotics company hiring a remote instructional designer in India. You’ll own SRCo Academy, our online training for robot field technicians, from the course plan to the finished lessons. We hire for character first. You’ll use AI tools in your daily work.
What you’ll do
- Own the Academy courses: plan the modules, write the lessons, and build quizzes and skill checks.
- Turn robot manuals, technician know-how, and real service work into lessons a beginner can follow.
- Work with our designers on clips and visuals that teach.
- Track how learners do, find where they get stuck, and improve the course.
What we need
- Courses, training, or lessons you built, ideally on technical topics. No degree or set number of years is required.
- Clear, simple written English that makes hard ideas easy.
- An AI-native workflow: use AI tools to research, draft, and build lessons, then check every fact and own the result.

Who you’d be joining
Service Robot Co. sells, leases, and services commercial robots on-site - deployed and kept running across all 50 US states by regional service engineers. The work here is the field: the people who set the machines up, keep them running, and answer for the downtime.
