About the role
We’re a US robotics company hiring a remote sales rep in India to open conversations with US businesses and book meetings for our founders. Immediate start. INR 12,000 per month fixed plus INR 1,000 for every qualified meeting you book.
What you’ll do
- Send short, personal emails to US facility and operations managers on your assigned campaign list.
- Call them from US numbers using JustCall, reach decision-makers, capture site details, and book meetings with our founders.
- Log every call in Attio with the outcome, notes, and follow-up date, and post your daily numbers on Slack.
- Work Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 5 PM US Central (10:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, 11:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST from November 1), plus flexible hours on Saturday.
What we need
- Clear, confident spoken English that US business owners can easily understand over the phone.
- Comfort with cold calling and hearing “no” many times a day.
- A laptop, headset, stable internet, and a quiet space for calls. Full training on Attio, Apollo, JustCall, Slack, and Gmail is provided.
- Sales, customer support, or international voice process experience is a plus. Freshers with strong English are welcome.
- Pay: INR 12,000 per month fixed (reviewed every six months), INR 1,000 per qualified meeting, INR 3,000 to every team member for each robot sold, plus campaign bonuses.
- Required: include a one-minute voice or video recording in English (file or Google Drive link) covering why you want to work in sales, why this role, and one past experience that prepares you for it. Applications without one will not be reviewed.
Who you’d be joining
Service Robot Co. sells, leases, and services commercial robots on-site - deployed and kept running across all 50 US states by regional service engineers. The work here is the field: the people who set the machines up, keep them running, and answer for the downtime.
