Contract Robot Technician

About the role

Visit customer sites to install, maintain and repair commercial robots. Contract work, paid per work order, with a remote specialist supporting you.

What you’ll do

Install robots and check that they work correctly.
Find and fix mechanical, electrical, and software problems.
Carry out scheduled maintenance.
Explain the problem and the repair to the customer.
Record each visit with photos, job notes, and customer sign-off.
Keep your tools and spare parts ready.
Follow site and equipment safety procedures.

What we need

Practical experience fixing or maintaining equipment. Field service, appliance repair, low-voltage work, and facilities maintenance are useful backgrounds.
Reliability, clear communication, and accurate job records.
Willingness to ask for help and report mistakes.
Availability to drive to customer sites, work in different weather conditions, and lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Previous robotics experience is not required.
