Our process starts by understanding your specific site here in the New London area. We look at everything. We evaluate your floor types, building layout, and typical soil levels to identify the right robotic platform for the job.
Once a unit is selected, our field engineers manage the entire on-site setup and mapping. We then train your janitorial staff directly, making sure they are comfortable directing and maintaining the robot. This hands-on approach is key.
Ongoing support is handled by our Connecticut-based technicians, so you are never waiting on a call center far away. A functioning robot scrubber is critical. We make sure any issues are resolved quickly to minimize downtime.

Going direct to the maker gets you a box and an overseas support queue.
