East Dubuque, IL — Commercial robot leasing for overnight floor cleaning, deployed and serviced nationwide

Businesses in East Dubuque can lease commercial robots that clean floors overnight, carry supplies between rooms, and patrol the lot, which frees staff for work that needs a person. An autonomous floor scrubber is usually the first unit a shop puts to work, since it runs a mapped route after close and returns to its dock without anyone standing over it. Delivery robots take on the other repetitive trips, like running plates from the kitchen pass to the dining room or moving linens and amenity kits down a hotel hallway and up the elevator. Most of these tasks are short, repeated and easy to measure, which suits a robot better than a person stretched across two jobs.

Warehouse operations are a natural fit for autonomous mobile robots, which move totes and pallets along the same routes all day, and for tuggers that pull cart trains between receiving and the production line. Security patrol robots work the outside of the same buildings: a lot, a yard or a job site after the crews leave, with cameras that log the route and alerts that reach whoever is on call. A good first step is one unit on the floor or lot that causes the most trouble, so the team can see what it does before anything else changes. That kind of start also shows quickly whether the layout, the traffic and the schedule suit a robot.
