Roachdale, IN — Commercial cleaning robot leasing with deployment and 24/7 support
Roachdale businesses can put commercial robots to work on the jobs that eat the most hours, and Service Robot Co. leases, deploys and services them through financing. Commercial cleaning robots can work the back of the house overnight while the building is quiet, so the morning crew starts on clean floors instead of a wet mop. A delivery robot does similar quiet work during service, making the same trip from the kitchen to the dining room every time without stopping to chat. Those hours go back to the people who are better used with customers.
Security robots are where many operators want the least surprise. A patrol robot can walk a gravel lot, an equipment yard, or a partly finished job site on a set route and report what it sees, so an unlocked gate gets noticed on a schedule instead of when someone happens to drive past. For a business that cannot keep a guard on overnight, that steady presence matters. Warehouse robots suit smaller operations too: a tugger that pulls carts around the same loop all shift, or an autonomous forklift running pallets between the dock and the racks, can start with one unit and grow as the work does.

Which robot fits your Roachdale site?
Tell us the floor and the labor you want to hand off - we shortlist the 2–3 units that fit, then confirm the right one on a free walkthrough.
Roachdale sits in Putnam County in west central Indiana, and much of the work there happens in buildings that get used hard: storefronts with a steady stream of boots, shops with grit tracked in from the lot, and storage rooms where pallets stack up before the next truck. Indiana winters bring salt, slush and wet floors to the entry, which is exactly the kind of traffic a scrubber handles well when it runs before opening. Setting one up here starts with a walkthrough of the actual building, since a narrow aisle or a step at a back door changes which unit makes sense and how its route gets mapped. Staff then get a short, practical session on what the robot does, what to do when it pauses, and who to call, so the first morning does not feel like a surprise.

One partner for the whole deployment in Roachdale
A robot in Roachdale should be a working machine, not a project you manage. We select the unit, lease it to you, deploy and map your floor, connect it to the systems you already run, train your team, and keep it serviced.

We deploy and service commercial robots across Roachdale and the surrounding Indiana metro.
Why Roachdale operations put robots on the floor.
The overnight work is the same across every Roachdale vertical: floors to scrub, food and totes to run, and sites to keep watched. Those repetitive, hard-to-staff jobs are the ones robots take on first.
A robot runs the same route, logs every run, and doesn't call out - a measurable, repeatable result instead of a variable one. We size the labor you hand off before you sign, so the return is grounded in your floor. See the payback-period breakdown and how leasing works.
