Rochelle, IL — Overnight floor scrubber lease for warehouses, deployed and serviced nationwide
Commercial robots in Rochelle earn their keep on the jobs that come back every single night. An autonomous floor scrubber can run a warehouse aisle or a big box sales floor after close, so the morning crew starts on clean concrete instead of a mop bucket. Delivery robots take over the trips that pull a server or a runner away from the floor, from plate runs in a restaurant to supply loops between wings of a hotel or clinic.
Security robots suit the places a guard cannot cover well, like a truck lot, a yard full of trailers, or a job site after the crew heads home. A patrol robot can flag a door left open or a gate that should be shut, which gives a manager something real to check instead of a hunch. On the warehouse side, autonomous mobile robots and autonomous forklifts move pallets and totes along set routes, and goods to person systems bring shelving to the picker so people walk less. Those are different jobs, and a lot of operations end up running more than one kind at once.

Rochelle grew up around the railroad, and freight still sets the rhythm here, with trucks and trains moving through the area at all hours. A building that sees forklifts and trailers all day picks up grit faster than a quiet office does. Winter adds its own load, since salt and slush carried in on boots and tires can turn an aisle gray within hours of a snowfall. The sensible move is to time the scrubber around trailer arrivals and the weather, not a fixed clock on the wall.

How it works in Rochelle
From walkthrough to working robot.
One partner runs the whole job for your Rochelle operation - you approve the plan, we handle the rest and keep it running.
A free site assessment - floor plan, surfaces, obstacles, and the labor you want to hand off. No throughput promises before we see the floor.
We shortlist the 2–3 chosen-manufacturer robots that fit the work - matched to the floor, not the brochure - and confirm the model with you.
You lease the robot through financing on one fixed payment. We quote it up front, after the site assessment, with no surprises later.
We install on your floor, map the space, and connect the robot to the systems you already run - a working machine, not a project.
Your staff learn the daily handling in an afternoon. Routines, scheduling, and dashboards are set up before we leave.

One partner for the whole deployment in Rochelle

Why Rochelle operations put robots on the floor.
Every Rochelle building runs the same hard-to-staff labor overnight. A robot does the repeatable part on a schedule, logs every run, and never calls out.
A robot runs the same route, logs every run, and doesn't call out - a measurable, repeatable result instead of a variable one. We size the labor you hand off before you sign, so the return is grounded in your floor. See the payback-period breakdown and how leasing works.
