Novato, CA — commercial cleaning robot rental and AMR leasing with deployment service nationwide
Service Robot Co. brings commercial robots to Novato businesses that need steady floor care, indoor supply loops, and lot patrols without adding another full-time role on every shift. Autonomous scrubbers run after close in medical plazas and retail centers along Highway 101 while staff reset exam rooms and stockrooms. Delivery robots carry linens, medications, or back-of-house goods on mapped routes that avoid busy lobby doors. Patrol robots loop parking fields and loading docks when one guard covers several tenants. Life-science and light industrial sites in Marin use warehouse automation for cart moves that repeat through the day. Tug robots and AMRs shuttle totes between storage and pack benches so forklifts stay on pallets at receiving. Security robots watch fenced yards when gates stay open for late deliveries. Service Robot Co. picks the right mix of cleaning, delivery, patrol, and warehouse units for your layout, then handles financing, deployment, training, and nationwide service as one partner. Novato sits in northern Marin with a mix of suburban retail, clinics, and office parks tied to the North Bay commute. Foggy mornings and dry afternoons both track moisture and dust onto entry mats at medical and fitness sites. Older residents and families expect quiet, reliable hallway moves in senior and outpatient settings. Running robots here is about keeping regulated floors audit-ready when hiring is tight, not chasing a gadget headline.

We install on your floor, map the space, and connect the robot to the systems you already run - a working machine, not a project.
Your staff learn the daily handling in an afternoon. Routines, scheduling, and dashboards are set up before we leave.
10-minute remote triage in business hours, 24-hour on-site dispatch, and a backup unit on hand. One in three issues never needs a truck.
One partner for the whole deployment in Novato
Buying a robot direct gets you a box and an overseas support queue. Service Robot Co. owns the whole lifecycle for a Novato floor - select, finance, deploy, integrate, train, and service - so the vendor who sold it is the one who fixes it.

Why Novato operations put robots on the floor.
Scrubbing floors, running trays, and watching a lot at 2am are the shifts Novato operators struggle to fill. Robots take the repetitive jobs so your people cover the work that needs a person.
A robot runs the same route, logs every run, and doesn't call out - a measurable, repeatable result instead of a variable one. We size the labor you hand off before you sign, so the return is grounded in your floor. See the payback-period breakdown and pricing options.
